2. PRODUCTS
Mini Lumi offers baby and toddler clothing, accessories, bundles and gift sets.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, designs and other product information accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device displays. Minor variations inherent in fabrics, printing, embroidery, manufacturing or photography may occur where they do not materially alter the product.
Nothing in this section permits Mini Lumi to supply goods that materially differ from their description or the product ordered.
Product availability is subject to stock.
3. SIZING
Customers should review the size information provided on the website before ordering.
Baby clothing sizes are generally based on age ranges, but babies may differ in height, weight and body proportions. Age ranges therefore serve as a general sizing guide rather than a guarantee of fit.
Eligible size exchanges are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and are subject to availability.
4. PRICES AND TAXES
Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will ordinarily be the price displayed and confirmed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where any, will be shown or communicated as required before completion of the purchase.
5. ORDERS
Placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment has failed, order information is materially incorrect, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
We will not cancel or refuse orders on arbitrary or discriminatory grounds.
6. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant bank, payment gateway or payment service provider.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery periods displayed or communicated by Mini Lumi are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the communicated timeframe.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Mini Lumi offers eligible returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions contained in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Where a return or exchange results from a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or another reason not attributable to Mini Lumi, applicable return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Where an incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different product is supplied by Mini Lumi, Mini Lumi will bear reasonable return shipping charges and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

9. COMBOS, BUNDLES AND GIFT SETS
Products sold as a combo, bundle or gift set are sold as a complete set unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns involving such products ordinarily require the complete set, including the items and accessories supplied with it, to be returned, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform the affected customer and provide an appropriate solution.
11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
