RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Mini Lumi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in its original condition with all original tags, labels, accessories and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, products showing signs of wear, washing, use, stains, odour, damage or alteration after delivery may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return
An eligible product may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers must contact Mini Lumi within this period with their order details and reason for return.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the return. If approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the terms stated in this policy.
Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to availability of the requested size or product. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will work with you on an appropriate alternative or refund, where applicable.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, or a product that materially differs from what was ordered or advertised, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging.
Where the issue is attributable to Mini Lumi, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund in accordance with applicable law. Mini Lumi will bear reasonable return shipping costs in such cases.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product was defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable except where required by law.
Combo Sets and Gift Sets
Products sold as a combo, bundle or gift set must ordinarily be returned as the complete set, including all items and accessories supplied as part of that set. Individual components of a set cannot ordinarily be returned separately unless the individual component is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any original shipping charges, return shipping charges or other charges will be refundable where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error attributable to Mini Lumi.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched by contacting Mini Lumi as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return process will apply.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@minilumi.in with your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the request. We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to process the request.
Please do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
